Notes:Whoa, it has been a looooong time since I last updated this. Well, better late then never, right? Ok, let's get started again...My daily calorie intake should be at about five-hundred something. It doesn't matter if its 508 or 580, as long as it turns out to be five-hundred something, then I'm satisfied.
Exercise: Yesterday I did 20 minutes of exercise and took a freezing cold bath for 30 minutes (because I heard that it lowers your body temp, and for every degree your body is lowered it uses up 200 cals), so I kind of let myself go a little bit knowing that I had burned some extra cals. I didn't count it all out, but I know it was somehwhere around 900-950 cals.
Food: But since I did so horrible yesterday, and I don't know for sure how many calories I actually burned, I cut my daily intake in half. Today I will eat: one Lite English Muffin (90 calories), 2 small apples (negative calories), two slices of Lite Bread and a stip of roasted red pepper (90), 2 small apples (negative calories), two slices of Lite Bread and a stip of roasted red pepper (90), and one more small apple (negative calories). This totals up to be 270 calories, muuuuuuch better than yesterday.
