Weight: N/A

Notes:Whoa, it has been a looooong time since I last updated this. Well, better late then never, right? Ok, let's get started again...My daily calorie intake should be at about five-hundred something. It doesn't matter if its 508 or 580, as long as it turns out to be five-hundred something, then I'm satisfied.

Exercise: Yesterday I did 20 minutes of exercise and took a freezing cold bath for 30 minutes (because I heard that it lowers your body temp, and for every degree your body is lowered it uses up 200 cals), so I kind of let myself go a little bit knowing that I had burned some extra cals. I didn't count it all out, but I know it was somehwhere around 900-950 cals.

Food: But since I did so horrible yesterday, and I don't know for sure how many calories I actually burned, I cut my daily intake in half. Today I will eat: one Lite English Muffin (90 calories), 2 small apples (negative calories), two slices of Lite Bread and a stip of roasted red pepper (90), 2 small apples (negative calories), two slices of Lite Bread and a stip of roasted red pepper (90), and one more small apple (negative calories). This totals up to be 270 calories, muuuuuuch better than yesterday.

Weight: 103

Food: 2 bottles of fruit water, 1 1/5 bananas, half inch of munster cheese, 1 small portion of ribroast, 1 cup of tea

Notes: I went most of the day without eating, but dinnertime came with my parents and i had to eat something. After that I couldn't stop myself for a couple minutes and thats when I ate the cheese and bananas.

Exercise: Rode bike for around 20 minutes

I looked one day in a mirror
And I never looked the same again
I told myself I would look better
If I would just get a little more thin
So here I stand today
Against that mirror on my wall
My body is lean and I feel great
Because I'm skinnier then them all

Weight: 104

Food: 4 slices of cheese, one turkey sub w/lettuce-provolone cheese-and pickles w/no dressing from subway (6-inch), one small roll of garlic bread, 1 bottle of diet coke

Notes: I had a feeling I ate too much yesterday. Now my weight is all the way back to nasty 104! Well, I'll just have to really go for it the next few days. I can barely eat anything if I want to reach my goal of 100 lbs.. I went to the mall with Andrea and we got a sub there at subway and a diet coke. Then at the end she insisted that she buy us both one garlic bread roll and I told her not to but she bought it anyway, so I ate it. It was good, theres no doubt about that, but there must have been around 150 calories in it.

Exercise: Walked around mall for 2 hours, 1/2 hour of pilates
